Find your kid on this page.

Three situations walk through our door from high school. Different kids, same stakes: decisions being made right now that can't be remade later. One of these is probably yours.

01 / The standout
The standout

My kid's got offers coming in.

What's really going on

The standout's trap: the biggest offer is rarely the best fit. The skills don't transfer to the new system, the kid gets buried on a depth chart built for somebody else — and by the time you find out, the offers that actually fit are gone. They don't come back.

I know too many five-stars who picked the logo and had nowhere to go.

What we do

We pressure-test every offer against your kid's actual skill set — academics, depth chart, coaching tenure, how the scheme uses what your kid does best. Not the logo. Not the hat ceremony.

Do nothing and the decision still gets made — by the loudest coach, the biggest brand, the deadline. Just not by you.

02 / The honest read
The honest read

My kid's good. I just don't know if it's good enough.

What's really going on

Your kid starts. Plays well. And nobody around you will say whether it translates — the coach won't, the trainer you pay won't, the other parents can't. Sometimes you can even feel the position is wrong: he's listed at running back, and you've watched him throw.

What we do

An honest film evaluation against who's actually committing at each level — where the skills project, at what position, on what timeline. Nobody guesses your shoe size; they measure it. We measure.

It starts with the film review — the lowest-stakes way to get a straight answer, and it ends on a call with us.

The quiet version of the 40-year mistake: a kid who could have played never finds out.

03 / The wrong spot
The wrong spot

My kid's in the wrong spot.

What's really going on

High-school coaches fill what the team needs. Plenty of the people deciding your kid's position never played past high school themselves — and they're still the ones writing the depth chart. Wrong position means wrong film, and recruiters believe the tape.

What we do

We find where your kid actually belongs, build the case for the move, and get the right film made — the drills, the placement, the games and events that show it.

Every season out of position is a season of film selling the wrong story. Film doesn't get re-shot.

Any sport — here's how this works in yours. And if you want the full picture of the work, this is what working with us looks like.

The window doesn't wait.
Neither should the call.
