This site is operated by Bottom Line Burke(“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information, including SMS/text-message opt-in data.
2. What we collect
- Film-review and booking submissions (parent name, email, athlete details, and the notes you provide).
- Your mobile phone number and SMS consent selections — which opt-in boxes you checked, the consent language version, and the timestamp of submission — but only when you provide a number and opt in.
- Basic technical information (browser type, device, referring page) for security and to keep the site working.
3. How we use it
- Schedule and deliver your athlete's film review and follow-up call.
- Send you scheduling, payment, and status updates about your athlete's film review — only if you opt in.
- Send you occasional training tips, offers, and event invitations — only if you separately opt in to marketing messages.
- Operate, secure, and improve our site and services.
4. SMS / text message communications
Our film-review form offers two separate, independent SMS opt-in checkboxes, and we send each category only if you check the corresponding box: (a) a service (transactional) opt-in for scheduling, payment, and status updates about your athlete's film review; and (b) a separate, optional marketing (promotional) opt-in for occasional training tips, offers, and event invitations. Checking one box does not opt you into the other, and consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.

5. How we share it
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example, our SMS and CRM platform, email provider, and hosting provider — under contracts that limit their use to providing those services.
Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain submissions and consent records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, including SMS consent records under applicable telecommunications rules.
7. Your choices
- Opt out of texts: reply STOP to any message at any time.
- Request deletion: ask us to delete the information we hold through our booking page.
8. Changes
We update this policy as our practices evolve.
