Three sports. One reason it matters for your kid.
Three-sport star at Brockton. D1 offers in football and basketball. Ran D1 track at Boston College — raced Clinton Portis and Santana Moss in the 200 at the Big East Championships. I've competed at the highest level in more than one sport. That's why I can develop your son or daughter in theirs.
Development transfers. Speed work is speed work, film is film, and the recruiting calendar punishes the unprepared in every sport the same way. What changes is what good looks like — so here it is, by sport, in numbers. Nobody else hands parents this.
The film tells a story. We make sure it's the right one.
Position projection is most of the battle — where your kid's frame, speed, and instincts actually translate at the next level, which is not always where the team plays them on Friday. We read the film the way recruiters read it: what gets freeze-framed, what gets skipped.
Then we build toward it: the drills, the camp and combine calendar, and film that answers the question a coach is actually asking at your kid's position.

Translation beats highlights.
Mixtapes get views; translation gets offers. What carries a guard or wing up a level is the boring tape — the handle under pressure, the catch-and-shoot footwork, defending bigger and quicker on the same possession. That's what we evaluate and what we train toward.
And the calendar matters differently here: AAU circuits, live periods, who's actually in the gym. We map it so the right people see the right game.

The clock doesn't negotiate. That cuts both ways.
Track is the most honest sport on this site — times are times. That's the advantage: a kid one tenth away from a D1 mark has a target you can train to, season by season, with no coach's opinion in the way.
We map where the marks sit against real recruiting standards, which meets matter, and how track speed becomes a second door into football and basketball money. The baton handoff your kid drills in April shows up in route depth in October.

Wherever your kid is on the path — high school or college— the sport doesn't change the stakes. It changes the plan.
