SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 1, 2026
These SMS Terms govern the text-messaging programs operated by Bottom Line Burke(“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and checking either SMS consent box on our film-review form, you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
We operate two separate SMS programs, each with its own independent opt-in checkbox on our film-review form. You may opt in to one, both, or neither:
- Service messages (transactional): scheduling, payment, and status updates about your athlete's film review.
- Marketing messages (promotional): occasional training tips, offers, and event invitations.
2. How to opt in
Our form has two separate, independent SMS consent checkboxes — one for service (transactional) messages and a separate, optional one for marketing (promotional) messages. You opt in to a program by checking its box before submitting the form. Neither box is pre-selected — you must actively check each one you want, and you may opt in to one without the other. We record which boxes you checked and the consent language version as proof of consent. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on the status of your review and the programs you opted into.
4. Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for sending or receiving text messages. Check your mobile plan for details. Bottom Line Burke is not responsible for any carrier charges.
5. Opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP)
- Reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final confirmation message.
- Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or reach us through our booking page.
6. Supported carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not available on all carriers, in all geographies, or at all times.
7. Mobile information — non-sharing
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. All other data-sharing categories described in our Privacy Policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
